REFUND POLICY

Returns:

We want you to love the product you purchased from Orivelly…a lot.

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you
have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or
exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return, you need to contact us at Contact@orivelly.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your item/s upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within the 30-day period.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us
with your query, so we can evaluate the issue and reply back with a
proper solution.

Cancelations:

Request for cancelling an order while the item/s are still in transit is not accepted. Item/s must be returned back to the sender in case of order cancelation.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
